Context and methodology

  • The data was created for a publication in the FWF project on time-resolved ion scattering "time4ions".
  • The dataset contains the data necessary to reproduce the graphs in the linked publication.
  • The dataset was created mainly be using Atomic Force Microscopy.

Technical details

  • The 3D_images.zip contains PDF/A formatted image files, created from the obtained AFM images.
  • AFM_images.zip contains more AFM images
  • The .dgraph files contain the extracted/analyzed data incl. the created graphs from the publication. The software DataGraph is needed to read and write these files. The data is exported to the associated .CSV files.
