This dataset is part of the digital documentation of the Tomb of Meret Neith, Umm el Qaab, Abydos, Egypt about 3000BC, its artefacts, and the reconstruction of the tomb. For an overview of the related work, please visit https://researchdata.tuwien.at/communities/meretneith/.

- AR_Application An Xcode project of an augmented reality visualization of the main tomb structure that can be built to AR-capable iOS devices. Further information can be found in the Readme.txt file inside the folder. (Tested on iPad Pro 12.9 [M1]).
A video showing the application in use can be found here: Meret Neith Augmented Reality App - VR_Application A guided tour of the tomb with background information provided on illustrated panels and voiceover narration. The app is a Windows standalone PCVR build made in Unreal Engine 5. It requires a connected VR headset. Further information can be found in the Readme.txt file inside the folder. (Tested on Meta Quest 3 via AirLink.)
