Files

  • 20240915_OverviewPlanTombY_Detail.pdf An unscaled overview plan of the tomb.
  • Print3d.zip Perspectives, 3D sections and 3d printable files of the photogrammetry.
  • CrossSection.zip
    • /1-10_300dpi: Scaled, orthographic cross section renders of the auxiliary chambers of the tomb of Meret Neith. Scaled to 1:10 print size at 300dpi. The view of the renders is perpendicular to the chamber rows, from the center of each chamber. The file name identifies the chamber and denotes the view direction. (e.g. "W1-N.png" refers to chamber W1 with the view direction towards the north chambers.) Created with Blender.
    • /Unscaled: Orthographic test renders of some auxiliary chambers of the tomb of Meret Neith. The view of the renders is perpendicular to the chamber rows, from the center of each chamber. The file name identifies the chamber and denotes the view direction. (e.g. "S0-E.png" refers to chamber S0 with the view direction towards the east chambers.) Created with Blender.
  • FloorPlan.zip: Orthographic, high resolution top-down render of the tomb of Meret Neith, at a resolution of 32k for the long image side. Created with Blender.
  • InSitu.zip: Orthographic, unscaled top-down renders for two intermediary excavation stages, showing in-situ location of finds from the auxiliary chambers S0 and S4 from the tomb of Meret Neith. Created with Blender.
  • Perspectives.zip Perspective renderings and sections of different views of the tomb.
  • TombStructures-1-100_300dpi.zip
    • /AuxChambers: Scaled, orthographic cross section renders of the auxiliary chamber rows of the tomb of Meret Neith. Scaled to 1:10 print size at 300dpi. The view of the renders is parallel to the chamber rows, along a line connecting the center of the first and last chamber in a row. The file name identifies the chamber row and denotes the view direction. (e.g. "EastChambers_W-1_100.png" refers to the east chambers with the view direction towards the west.) Created with Blender.
    • /CentralStructure: Scaled, orthographic cross section renders of the central/main structure of the tomb of Meret Neith from inside the main chamber Y-KK. Scaled to 1:10 print size at 300dpi. The file name denotes the view location and position direction. (e.g. "Camera_E_Center-1_100.png" refers to a view position in the center of chamber Y-KK, with the view direction towards the east.) Created with Blender.
      • /OuterWalls: Scaled, orthographic renders of the central/main structure of the tomb of Meret Neith from the outside, showing the outer walls of the structure. Scaled to 1:10 print size at 300dpi. The file name denotes which outside wall is shown. (e.g. "Wall_E_1-100.png" refers to the eastern outside wall of the central/main structure.)
