Time-resolved RNA-seq of Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) during different transition strategies from fed-batch to induced-fed-batch

This dataset contains time-resolved paired-end RNA-seq data from Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) cultivated under two process strategies: R2/A (instant_nofeed) and R3/B (ramp). Five matched process stages (T1–T5) were sampled for both strategies, covering the end of fed-batch cultivation through 6 hours of induced fed-batch cultivation. An additional mid-ramp sample (T1_5) is available only for R3/B.

The dataset includes raw reads, reference files, quality-control and mapping outputs, gene counts, normalized counts, annotated differential-expression results, and experimental-design files. The original processing scripts were not supplied by the analysis provider, but the available logs and software-version information are included. Sample definitions and further documentation are provided in the README.
