Technical details

  • The dataset contains images (PDF/A format)
  • One file contains structured data from the analysis of the SEM and AFM images. This files is named Structured_Data.dgraph and needs the software DataGraph to open.
  • The data in the DataGraph file is also exported as a CSV file for direct access. With this data the graphs from the paper can be reproduced.
